The Black Ceramic LE Spring Drive Chronograph SBGC017 (Limited Edition of 600) features a green dial with a subtle fir tree motif inspired by the Onbashira festival that is held every six years in Suwa, near the studio where the watch is made. The centerpiece of this festival is the carrying of huge fir trees down the mountainside to the shrine, where they are raised as symbols of the shrine's renewal and its 1200-year-old tradition. The movement is a specially adjusted 9R96 Spring Drive Chronograph GMT with a deviation of only +/- 10 seconds a month. It is also available with a simple black dial in a limited edition of 500 (SBGC015).
