What forms of payment does Advanced Time accept?

Advanced Time accepts VISA, Master Card, PayPal and online banking transaction for payment. We will accept the international credit cards.

What are your shipping fees?

Advanced Time will charge the shipping fees based on the weight of the watches purchased by the consumer.

Does Advanced Time ship internationally?

Advanced Time orders can be shipped worldwide over 224 countries.

I just placed an order online, when can I expect to receive my watch?

2nd Day Air Shipping orders process within 2 business days but transit times. International shipping orders process within 7 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on an official holiday will be processed on the following business day.

What if I need to cancel my online order?

You may cancel your order provided the order has not been shipped yet from our warehouse. Please call customer service at +65 9867 3452, Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.

Advanced Time Return Policy

Returns can only be accepted for products purchased on Advanced Time only. Advanced Time is happy to issue a full refund for any damaged watch provided the watch is returned within 30 days of delivery. We guarantee the money will be return after we receive the return goods. Report any discrepancy in shipment or damages to Customer Service at

Please follow the instructions on the back of the packing label to return your watches.

1. Please complete the form on the back of the packing label and enclose it with your returned merchandise.

2. Watch needs to be returned with box, warranty cards, user manual, and any extra links due to bracelet sizing. In the case that any of these items are not returned, additional charges will be applied.

3. In order to expedite your return, you must choose the appropriate reason code for your return.

4. Carefully package merchandise to prevent damage in transit.

5. Ship your return using the return label sent to you on the bottom of the original invoice.

6. Send package using either FedEx or UPS and insure the contents of the package.
